Service Description

Storyboard Creator AI is an application that utilizes artificial intelligence models to generate storyboard shots and images from text descriptions. The available AI models and their associated credit costs are subject to change without prior notice.

Credit System

  • Each user receives a monthly credit allocation
  • Credit costs for AI models may change without prior notice
  • Unused credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over
  • Available AI models and their features may be modified or removed at any time

Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services for:

  • Any unlawful, misleading, false, deceptive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory purposes
  • Content that is contrary to morals or public order, including but not limited to pornography, nudity, obscene gestures, or spam
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, personal image rights, or private/confidential information of third parties
  • Distribution of malicious code, viruses, or any content that compromises system security
  • Generation of political content or electoral campaign materials that misrepresent reality (parody/humor is permitted if clearly labeled as such)
  • Any content that violates principles of legality, human dignity, minor protection, public order, privacy, or intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

Storyboard Creator AI is not liable for damages that may arise from, including but not limited to:

  • Interruptions, viruses, technical problems, interferences, unavailability, power cuts, omissions or disconnections of the electronic system, communications system or equipment for reasons beyond our control
  • Delays or unavailability in the use of the Services, traffic overloads on the Internet, communication network or electricity grid
  • Actions taken by third parties
  • The unavailability of the Website or Services due to maintenance or software updates
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

AI Generation Disclaimer

Please note that:

  • We do not have direct control over AI-generated content
  • Results may vary and could be unexpected
  • Quality and accuracy of generated content cannot be guaranteed
  • Users should review generated content before use
  • Available AI models may change without prior notice

Data Storage

Generated images are stored on private servers solely to facilitate user access to their own data. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for service operation.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Managing their credit usage
  • Reviewing and validating generated content
  • Ensuring appropriate use of the service
  • Maintaining the security of their account
  • Staying informed about changes to available AI models and credit costs
  • Complying with all prohibited use policies

Account Termination

Storyboard Creator AI reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website or Services to any User if they fail to comply with these Terms or if there is reasonable suspicion of violation. A simple notification will be sufficient for such action.

In cases of termination, Storyboard Creator AI will not incur any liability nor be obliged to refund any prepaid amounts. Users may terminate their Services and cancel their Account through the Website at any time, following the established procedure.

Modifications to Service

Storyboard Creator AI may at any time, without incurring any liability, modify the content of the Website or Services or interrupt the provision of any or all Services, with no limitations other than those established by applicable regulations.
